    "content": "Reducing debt is a very important issue facing this county at this point in time. That is what this House and the Executive should focus on but, of course, without increasing the level of taxation. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to support the Motion before the House. I want to plead with this House that it is important for us to focus on the policies that would not only assist this country to reduce debt but to also reduce taxes that the citizens are paying. Of course, I do not wish away the ongoing development in Kenya. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
