    "content": "Quite a number of elephants have wandered outside in search of food. If we were to put all those animals inside the protected areas, I do not think the pastures would be sufficient enough for those elephants to be catered for there. That is why the pastoral areas are also important. One of the efforts we have been intensifying is to ensure that not only the elephants and other endangered species like rhinos are well protected within the protected areas, but we have also been working with other private stakeholders who are out in the unprotected areas and communities to make sure that we intensify the efforts of protecting these elephants."
