    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I wish to support the proposed amendment by Hon. Jude Njomo that we retain KRA. I want to speak as a Member of the Budget and Appropriations Committee. When you look at the Appropriation-in-Aid (A-in-A) that is collected by State agencies vis-a-vis the tax which is collected by KRA, it is a ratio of 95:5. Therefore, it is important that we let this money be collected by KRA and appropriated with instructions from the agency to support our youth. I wish to support the proposed amendment by Hon. Jude Njomo."
