    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 5. Of course, considering the trend all the previous clauses have taken, we gave caution that if we are deducting levies from employees, practically speaking, such revenue is not enough to train everyone in this country unless we appropriate in the budget. So, we have to be cautious and make a law that is easy to implement and works. As for Clause 5, we propose that the Bill be amended by deleting it. Of course, if all other previous amendments were rejected, this amendment is unnecessary as it is a consequential amendment to the KRA Act. As a Committee, we still propose it be deleted. Thank you."
