    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I just want to thank the Committee for this clause because it is long overdue. We know that most young people in this country are just fresh from campuses or colleges and have gone through school with a lot of difficulties. Then we are asking them for these clearance certificates and even adding a cost to it. So, I think this is something which is very important and I support. Later on, is to follow-up and ensure its implementation is done according to how we pass it here in Parliament. Thank you."
