There should be no factors affecting job seekers. It should be made as easy as possible for them to access jobs. Unfortunately, this has not been the case in this country. There are so many cartels, conmen and a lot of corruption. Even for somebody who wants to get into the police service or army, the recruitment process has been problematic. Therefore, owing to the fact that for many Kenyans who go to school, the only way to help their families is through employment at the first instance because they are unable to start their own businesses.
