    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I wish to support this Bill. They do excellent work, especially for reproductive healthcare for women who are about to give birth. They are the first line of response. I have just seen that Bill Gates has written about how we can stop the next pandemic or pandemics. Part of the issues he raises in his forthcoming book is that there are innovations and ways that we can do it. What you can see from COVID-19 is that you do not even need to go far. He mentions that we can invest in healthcare, but we need to do that in that level. We therefore, need to appreciate, remunerate well and take care of their needs. I, thank Hon. Martin Owino for this excellent Bill. I support."
