    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I also wish to make some comments on this Petition. If the alumni are involved in the management of universities, the universities will change for the better because those who have gone to those universities have a lot of interest. They will have a lot of pride in the universities. But, it looks like current managements of universities do not have interest in their institutions and that is why most of them are run down. The pride we had of universities like the University of Nairobi and Kenyatta University has gone down. I think it is proper that we involve those who studied there, even for high schools, so that they regain the lost glory. Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I support."
