    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Bill, but with a lot of reluctance which I must bring out at this point. The object of this Bill is to harmonise the health laws to be in line with the Mwongozo Code of Governance. There are very many issues that have been raised. The only reason I am supporting it with reluctance is because the Committee sat down and proposed very many amendments. If these amendments pass, then I will be happy with this Bill. Should they not pass, I will definitely not support this Bill, even at that stage. This Bill amends 17 laws and 12 of them are regulatory Acts regulating the training and conduct of health professionals. Two Acts are regulating service provision like the Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KEMSA) and the National Hospital Insurance Fund.
