Speaker, the Chairperson of the Committee has kindly requested that we step down this Bill because they are still in consultation with his Committee Members and some of the stakeholders. He will bring their Report in the course of next week. As at now, we do not have the Report. We are using the Senate Bill to link and harmonise it with this Bill that we introduced in this House. The committee is at the final stage of harmonising the two and they would wish to bring a full report rather than a progress Report in the course of next week. So, I ask that we agree to his request that we step it down for now."
