As the Leader of the Majority Party has said, this Bill had gone through the Departmental Committee on Trade, Industry and Cooperatives and we did justice to it. It went through public participation and it was brought here for First Reading, Second Reading and it passed in the Committee of the whole House. So, it underwent all the stages and the SACCO societies also participated and supported the Bill."
