    "content": "The Motion sounds a bit vague. The words “appropriate stage” are wide open. I do not know when the appropriate stage is. A properly worded Motion should be very specific in terms of the timelines within which it is supposed to be executed. As it stands, whoever is supposed to execute this Motion should consult the Clerk of the National Assembly and then he or she may argue that it is not the appropriate stage."
