I did not know that there was a time when this Parliament existed when there was no black man sitting in the Chamber of Parliament. It is important for us to know all this information. Whatever they discussed, and whoever they were, I may not know, but what they did is a process that built today’s Parliament. It is recorded and we know it. We will find this information very useful. We should not deny ourselves such important information."
