    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me a chance to contribute on this very important matter. I come from Kisii and Nyamira counties, which are areas that are worst hit by environmental degradation in the country. Our drinking water is now spreading diseases because of the environment, and NEMA has not done anything substantial to address that issue in my area. If they addressed the issue, perhaps some of us would be transferred from Gusiiland to Laikipia, Kajiado and in other expansive areas of land where we could settle and reduce degradation of environment in Kisii. I support this Bill and I hope the House will support it."
