I rise to ask Question No.017/2022 to the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, and Housing & Urban Development: (i) What measures is the Ministry taking to ensure that funds are allocated towards the completion of the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) in Kabarnet Town, which commenced on 31st May 1991 and is currently about 32 per cent incomplete, considering that the contract period has been extended on three occasions with the last revised completion date being 22nd August 2016? (ii) What measures is the Ministry putting in place to ensure that the said project is completed and further provide the expected completion dates? Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
