    "content": "This is one very critical Commission that is very important in the lives of police officers and in the lives of Kenyans. One, Wangui Muchiri is being appointed specifically to represent the National Police Service Commission. I thank the selection Committee for doing this wonderful assignment, because she is a lady and what a man can do, a lady can do better. She will join the Commission with a wealth of understanding of the administrative authority she has and she has also served in the Office of the President.
