    "content": "The Bill seeks to amend the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Act in respect of its composition and recruitment. Persons who will be appointed to the Council will be elected through Conventional Board Resourcing procedures. This puts some strength on the various Boards. When they use the right procedure to recruit persons to work here, it is a good thing that this Bill is bringing in."
