    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Motion. I rise to support the Motion and appreciate the Address of His Excellency the President. The President gave a Statement on various issues that he felt are important for us to discuss. One of them that he vehemently and clearly talked about was the issue of the Draft Constitution. He thanked the Parliamentary Select Committee (PSC) on Constitutional Review that met in Naivasha. He also expressed his appreciation for the work being done by the Committee of Experts (CoE). We did not expect more changes from the CoE after appreciating the good work and the consensus that was reached by the PSC. However, we are riding on a road that will give us a new Constitution.
