What is going to come from the Budget and Appropriations Committee for this period has to be together with the report on debt. But the point raised by Hon. Duale still remains valid. There are other reports on debt that have been tabled and they need to be reported on as well. It is good for Members to separate the two. Hon. Nyikal."
