    "content": "Lastly, I want to talk about infrastructure. I would like to give credit to the Government because it is in this area that it has excelled and done very well. I have in mind the provision of good roads and electricity. But where we are yet to make an impact is our railway line. Therefore, if we have to improve the economy; if we have to help the farmer to get his produce to the market and farm inputs to the farm, we need good roads. I just want to encourage the Government, through the Ministry of Roads, to continue doing the good work. I want to congratulate them for doing a good job."
