    "content": "So, you can imagine some of these Funds are hidden so political friends can be appreciated and compensated when they lose in elections. For efficiency purposes, I oppose these regulations. We should collapse as many SAGAs as possible and State Corporations so that we can have a lean budget and secretariat that will be efficient to ensure that money is used for the intended purposes.
