    "content": " Thank you Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me a chance to add my voice to this Motion. From the outset, I strongly support it for the obvious reason that even the Biashara Kenya Fund Regulations were meant to collapse three existing funds, namely, the Youth Enterprise Fund, the Uwezo Fund and the Women Enterprise Fund. There was an argument that it was necessary to collapse them so that they can be managed efficiently, but we know that the Women Enterprise Fund, since its inception, has been managed very efficiently. We cannot punish it because the Uwezo Fund and the Youth Funds were not efficiently managed. The best thing is to ensure that the Youth Enterprise Fund and the Uwezo Fund are brought to an efficient level of management."
