    "content": " I am guided. Thank you. Without sufficient public participation, the Committee did not have any option than to annul these Regulations. There was no regulatory impact assessment, which is a requirement. It is obvious that these Regulations would have a huge impact both cost-wise and impact-wise on the Women Enterprise Fund, the Uwezo Fund and the Youth Enterprise Fund.
