"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. First of all, thank you for giving me the opportunity. Now, Hon. Kamket has raised a further point of order by implying that I am admiring him. I do not think he is taking after Hon. Duale in the list of the Members who claim that I am admiring them. I do not think he understands that I left Kenya and went all the way to the south of Africa. I have an import. How can I be admiring him when I have an import? Having said that, my original point of order was to the Leader of the Majority Party. As a lawyer, I am being careful with the way I am phrasing it. In these difficult times, Members have different challenges. The ones who are committed to specific issues are the ones who stay in the House. I want to encourage the Member that he will discover that even as he intervenes that the Mover be called upon to reply, there could be one or two Members who want to speak. We have serious commitments and engagements. I was here because of the Biashara Kenya Fund issue and the Children’s Bill that Hon. Gladys is asking me to support. We are having multiple tasks. Could the Leader of the Majority Party at this moment learn to balance and know who his foot soldiers are, so that he does not discourage Members? Otherwise, he will find himself moving and seconding Bills alone."
