I support the Report of the Committee basically on the issue that you cannot bring to this House work that was done in 2014. One wonders whether the officers pulled these regulations from a drawer somewhere and dusted them up. I do not know whether the Cabinet Secretary was properly briefed on this matter. We are dealing with crops."
