    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. First of all, I want to align myself with the thinking of the Mover of this amendment Bill, Hon. Gladys Wanga. It is not political rhetoric on the streets that is going to improve the plight of young people in this country; it is not even the rhetoric screaming of bottom-up that will improve the plight of young people who make up more than 75 per cent of our population. It is the how. What this Bill seeks to do is to give us the how on how we can improve the plight of the young people. Most of our artists fall in the age bracket of youth. This is the age bracket that suffers a high percentage of unemployment rate. We know that there are no opportunities to incorporate these young people in our employment sphere.
