He said that if the arrears of the National Government-Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) would be captured in the Supplementary Budget…. When he used the word “if”, it meant that he was not sure whether it was there. Can he confirm to this House and the nation at large that the NG-CDF is in the Supplementary Budget? As a party leader, you need to have the information at your fingertips. Can he confirm to this House and the nation at large whether the NG-CDF arrears are in the current Supplementary Budget? That is what the House passed in the Report he tabled in this House. That is what we expect today."
