    "content": " Hon. Deputy Speaker, we have received Kshs2 billion for the third quarter. We had a meeting yesterday. We resolved to ask the Cabinet Secretary of the National Treasury to appear before us next week on Tuesday to explain when he will complete the disbursement of funds for this financial year. After that meeting, we will report to this House the progress that we will have made. We have Kshs2 billion so far. If it is released to the constituencies, each constituency will receive as little as Kshs5 million or Kshs6 million. So, we asked them to wait."
