We are at that age where if something happens to you, you never know. Let us just stay on the cautious side. Let us wear these masks as much as possible. Hon. Barasa, thank you for this Bill. It is a job well done. This is something that is really exciting, and the purpose of this House is to make the lives of citizens and especially, the vulnerable like the retirees, a little comfortable. If we make it difficult the way we currently have, I do not think we are doing good service to the country. It is therefore, a good proposal from you. Thank you. I will not move to the next stage.
