    "content": "We still use old data. However, when community health workers are given phones, they can collect updated data and help us to manage the system. Maternal, neonatal and child mortality rates are still high in Kenya. However, it is known, through a lot of research, that community health workers help in significant reduction of mortality rates. Community health workers will access the underserved communities. We are talking of social insurance. The best person to know who needs an insurance so that he can visit a hospital is a community health worker. That will reduce travel and cost of care."
