Let me start by thanking the Mover and the Departmental Committee on Health that has worked on it. As I second, I must take time to recognise Prof. Miriam Were and Prof. Kaseje, who I started with in 2003 and 2004 when I was the Director of Medical Services to bring out the community strategy, which is the basis of community health workers. We must give them that appreciation."
