    "content": "The community health workers must also be supported by supervision from Level 2 hospitals, where we have nurses who work with public health officers. They cover everything, namely, the nursing elements, the public health elements and curative elements. They must, therefore, work with Level 2 facilities so that it is part and parcel of our health system from Level 1 all the way to Level 6. It must be the first base for the national referral system. If we do that, I can assure you we will not regret the money we put there. We will achieve UHC and we shall reduce the cost of it."
