    "content": "work that is done by human beings or the human interventions to procurement processes actually comes at the very end during verification of the documents. Therefore, opening this profession to other people from different fields to join in this field is a big win in the war against corruption, efficiency in Government and making sure that things are done correctly. So, as I wind up, the best way to end this corruption, where a product is bought by the Government at ten times the market value, is what informs the amendments that we are proposing here. We are hoping that the amendments proposed in this Bill will not just be there as an Act of Parliament, but that they are going to be implemented and followed to the letter. That way, we will ensure that this country is prosperous and we shall offer our people services at the right time and at the correct place efficiently. With those remarks, I support."
