However, there are some matters that should have been settled long time ago. The first one is the issue of the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs). We have had IDPs who lost their loved ones and properties in camps for the last two years. Whose responsibility is it to settle them? Do they not belong to Kenya? Are they not Kenyans?
