    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I believe this is one Bill which is in total concurrence with the need for sustainable waste management. I am glad Members have supported it. I am glad that the voice of the Committee has been well captured through Hon. Chachu Ganya, who presented the Report of the Committee. I look forward to Members’ amendments, if there will be any; so that we process the Bill again, probably, in the course of next week and take it the Senate for them to complete the process. We will then have given our country a legal framework for management of waste. I beg to reply."
