Ndindi Nyoro to say that I have brought a careless answer, and was careless on my part as you sit there, Hon. Speaker. As you have said time and again, these responses come from the Executive. My work is only to read. Unless, he is saying that I read it carelessly, which I do not think I did because I read each sentence properly. He needs to withdraw his statement that said I am careless in reading because I was not. If the carelessness is done by the Executive, he needs to say so.
