    "content": "As I finish, it is equally reckless for the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government to be expending public resources on issues around politics instead of guaranteeing Kenyans, including the citizens of Kerio Valley, the security that they deserve. Hon. Speaker, we must take this matter seriously because I do not think the Ministry took the Question with the importance it deserves. I never referenced anywhere around the Hon. Chairman; the recklessness is around the content of the answer he brought forth."
