    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I beg to support this amendment. Any law that we make in this august House is a living thing that will have a life of its own. In the fullness of time, I believe that once the Bill becomes the law of the land, those implementing it will be able to see where there are gaps. Among the gaps will be how to look after veterans with special needs. Maybe they will need a home or a sanctuary but putting up a Defence Forces Retirement Home is like putting the cart before the horse. That might not sit well at this point. We do not want to be subjective; we want to be objective. Let us give them the law and in the fullness of time they will propose amendments. I thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman."
