    "content": " I beg to move: That, Clause 73 of the Bill be amended by deleting the words “and Agencies” and substituting therefor the words “Agencies and county public offices”. The amendment seeks to ensure public offices at the county level of government also establish disability mainstreaming units. It is observed that assessment of PWDs is a major function of the counties."
