    "content": " I beg to move: THAT, Clause 81 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub clause (1) by inserting the following new sub-paragraph immediately after sub-paragraph (e)— (f) A direction, notice, order, permit or any other document that was granted, issued or made under the repealed Act, and that was valid immediately before the coming into force of this Act, shall be given effect as if granted, issued or made under this Act. (b) by deleting sub clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new sub clause (2)— (2) (a) Notwithstanding section 80, the National Development Fund for Persons with Disabilities established in section 32 of the Persons with Disabilities Act, No. 14 of 2003 shall continue to be administered by the Board of Trustees which was administering the Fund immediately before the commencement of this Act until the Fund is re-established by the Cabinet Secretary responsible for matters relating to finance through regulations made under the Public Finance Management Act, No. 18 of 2012. (b) Without limiting the generality of sub-paragraph (a), the regulations shall provide, among other things, that— (i) the re-established National Development Fund for Persons with Disabilities shall be used for the benefit of persons with disabilities in Kenya; and The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
