    "content": "This amendment seeks to ease operations at the constituency and allow for funding of other activities related to teaching and learning in schools which benefit from the bursary schemes. It widens the scope within which the funding can take place. So long as the activity is educational, it can also be funded by the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF)."
