Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 64 be further amended by inserting the following new sub clauses immediately after sub clause (2)— (2A) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the Cabinet Secretary may, in consultation with the Council, by notice in the Gazette designate such children’s institutions to operate as children rescue centres as the Cabinet Secretary may consider appropriate.
