"content": "tabling of the report pursuant to Article 152(6) of the Constitution of Kenya and Standing Order No.66 of the National Assembly Standing Orders; (ii) The Inspector-General of Police should ensure that the DCI investigates officers in the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning who may have caused loss of public funds by effecting fraudulent transactions relating to LR No.5875/2, and submits a report to the National Assembly within 60 days of the adoption of this Report. This is a very important Report. It actually shows how ordinary Kenyans are pressed and their rights trampled on. Historical injustices are still continuing. This House should ensure that this stops and the people concerned benefit from what Parliament has given them. I beg to move and urge the House to adopt this Report. I request Hon. Peter Kihara to second."
