    "content": "Let me take this opportunity to thank my colleagues for the comments they have made on the Statement on the death of Prof. Ken Walibora. I thank my colleagues in the Senate Committee on Health for the input they made in this Report. I assure Kenyans that the issues that we have recommended here, we will make a follow-up to ensure they are all implemented. We have to work towards ensuring that each and every Kenyan is entitled to the best medical care including emergency treatment. I thank you, Mr. Speaker Sir."
