    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. Again, we support the amendments as they make the definition of child abuse clearer. I would also like to ask my colleague, Hon. Millie, to accept a further amendment to part (b) to accommodate our amendment. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT Clause 2 of the Bill be amended- (b) in the proposed definition of the term “child abuse” by deleting the words “failing to adequately supervise or protect the child” in paragraph (a) and substituting therefore the words “acts intended to cause harm or negligent acts or omissions that cause harm”; That is just to accommodate our amendment. Otherwise, we agree with all her amendments."
