"content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I am in agreement with Hon. Millie’s definition of what parent or parenthood is. The mere fact that those who are taking custody of a child have been left out of this definition, is very good. They are guardians so to speak. Whoever coined that definition of a guardian within the English term, knew that there would be children who would be under the care of certain people who do not necessarily have to be their parents. I am in full agreement with Hon. Millie’s definition and I hope that the Chair will not be in conflict with this definition. I hope that even as they consult that this matter will be settled within the shortest possible space of time. I thank you."
