    "content": " Thank you Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this chance to contribute to the President’s Address on the opening of the Fourth Session of Parliament. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in my opinion, the President’s policy document was excellent because it gave hope to the people of Kenya. In particular, the President touched on a number of key and fundamental issues. The President touched on the Constitution, poverty reduction, the fight against corruption, national cohesion and unity. Finally, he touched on job creation."
