    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I too stand to support the Motion because it is timely. It has come at the right time. It should have been done yesterday. In any environment, like where we work in Parliament with so many members of staff and MPs a lot of man-hours, particularly with the staff, have been lost while people seek medical attention. Bringing this closer to the population within the community of Parliament is the best thing that has happened. If you look at research, the number of man-hours lost in many organisation are very costly to those institutions.
