    "content": "Finally, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this brings me to the point raised earlier by one Member about national identification cards. Yes, we need to protect our country from foreigners. We need to know who genuine Kenyans are and who are not. But in so doing, our people are suffering. People who have cleared Form Four examinations and want to be recognised as true Kenyans are being denied the right to have this document. This is simply because some foreigners have infiltrated the country. I think the Government needs to do better than that and put in place measures to make sure that innocent wananchi do not suffer."
