We must realize that these are the areas we are going to expand to. Most of our traditional agricultural areas are over- populated now. So, the more we develop the arid lands; you know, the eastern, north eastern parts of Kenya and the Maasai land, the more they will accommodate a lot of our people who are now saying that they are jobless, because they are not able to utilize the land they have because it is uneconomical to farm."
